PRIVATE ROOMS
   • King Rooms are good for couples. 
      • Rates are based upon 1 or 2 persons.
        • Rates increase by $10 + tax/resort fee for a 3rd person.
   • Quad Rooms are good for families or guests who need separate beds.
      • Rates are based upon 3 or 4 persons. 
         • Rates decrease at check-in by $10 + tax/resort fee for 1 or 2 persons. 
         • Rates increase by $5 + tax/resort fee for a 5th person in a Quad room.
   • Private Room Discounts: 
      • Stay 7+ days and get $10 OFF your rate per night ($5 in off-seasons). 
      • Stay 14 days and get one night free. 
      • Stay 30+ days and get a lower monthly rate, tax-exempt (call or email for details).
SHARED BUNKS
   • We offer three flavors of shared bunk rooms: Male, Female, or Male/Female
   • Rates are based upon 1 person reserving one bunk in a four-bed room, hostel-style. 
      • Hostel-style: The Hostel staff will assign other guests to those available bunks. 
   • Each room has three lower bunks and one upper bunK
      • Bed selection is on a first-come, first-served basis.
      • Please notify the staff if you would like to move beds during your stay.
         • An extra $10+tax cleaning fee applies.
      • We fill all beds in one type of shared bunk room before opening another.
   • Shared Bunk Discounts: 
      • Stay 14 days and get one night free. 
      • Stay 30+ days and get a low monthly rate, tax-exempt (call or email for details).  
ROOM OR FLOOR REQUESTS
   • To accommodate all of our guests, we may change room and floor assignments.
   • If you very much need to have a certain room or floor, please email or call us.
      • We will do our best to honor your request!
DEPOSIT POLICY 
   • A deposit of 50% required on all reservations
   • Applies to reservations made after May 3, 2011
   • Reservations are guaranteed with MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
   • The remaining balance will be collected at the time of check-in, for all nights.
      • Payable by cash, credit card or travelers' checks.
CANCELLATION
   • Before the CANCELLATION DEADLINE, the deposit is refunded, minus a 7% fee.
   • After the CANCELLATION DEADLINE, or a no-show, the deposit is forfeit.
CANCELLATION DEADLINE
   • SPRING, SUMMER & FALL: TWO DAYS before your arrival date, at 3pm.
      • For groups of 5+ rooms, FOURTEEN DAYS before your arrival date.
   • SKI SEASON (Nov 26, 2011 - Apr 10, 2012): THIRTY DAYS before your arrival date.
DELAYED? 
   • You will still owe the first night's charge.
   • We can push back your arrival date for you, protecting the remainder of your deposit.
LEAVING EARLY?
   • We will refund the remaining credit, minus a 7% reprocessing fee, in the following manner:
      • You will still owe all nights to reach 50% of your intended stay, in cases of a 4+ night stay.
      • You will still owe all nights within TWO DAYS after letting us know of your change of plans.
PET FRIENDLY HOSTEL 
   • We enjoy accommodating our furry friends!
   • The rate increases by $10 per night for rooms with pets. 
   • We prefer to accommodate pets on the 1st and 2nd floors only.  
      • Sorry, no pets in the shared bunk rooms, nor in the common areas.
      • Please do not leave any pets in the room during the day if they are barky.
   • Guests with pet allergies may request a dander-free room on the 3rd and 4th floors.
CHECK-IN TIME is after 3:00 pm. CHECK-OUT TIME is by 11:00 am. 
   • If housekeeping finishes your room early, we may be able to check you in sooner. 
   • Check-outs between noon and 3:00 pm incur a late check-out fee of $25 + tax/resort fee. 
   • Any stay-overs past 3:00pm incur an full night's charge. 
   • After closing hours check-ins: please call or email us in advance.
NON-SMOKING HOSTEL 
   • Smoking inside the building will result in a fee of $150.00. 
   • Smoking is permitted on the north and south exterior walkways only, away from the rooms.
